Tuyển dụng vị trí: Sale Logistics
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
- Develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Promote logistics and freight forwarding services.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate service agreements.
- Coordinate with the operations team for shipment handling.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and shipment status.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
1. Language: Proficiency in English, including 4 skills suitable for work;
2. Education: College degree or higher;
3. Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in maritime transport, freight forwarding, or logistics;
4. Professional knowledge: Thorough understanding of Incoterms, import-export policies of Vietnam with popular markets, basic transport operations and documentation;
5. Personal abilities: Excellent communication and coordination skills, a strong service-oriented attitude, and high execution capabilities;
6. Personal qualities: Careful, responsible, and a good team player, passionate about and seriously committed to a career in logistics.

CHẾ ĐỘ & QUYỀN LỢI:
1. Salary: Negotiable (guaranteed attractive salary);
2. Full benefits as per legal regulations (SHUI, annual leave, holidays…) and extra health care 24/24 insurance; overtime payment;
3. Bonuses for holiday bonuses, 13th salary, KPI, birthday/bereavement/wedding/ travel/business trip allowances…
4. Annual salary review;
5. Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday; Saturday morning once/ month.
