Quality Control (QC) Supervisor

· Supervise daily quality control activities, including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC).

· Ensure products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and company requirements.

· Monitor quality performance and analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

· Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

· Handle customer complaints and coordinate with related departments to ensure timely resolution.

· Lead quality improvement activities using QC tools, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies.

· Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, customer requirements, and company quality procedures.

· Manage, train, coach, and evaluate QC inspectors and technicians.

· Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Production Planning (PPC), Purchasing, and suppliers to improve product quality.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management.

· Support internal audits, customer audits, and external certification audits.

• Salary Range: USD 1,000 – 1,200 per month (Gross), negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.

1. Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

2. Experience

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.

· At least 2 years of supervisory or team leader experience in quality management.

· Experience in the electronics, automotive, electrical equipment, or precision manufacturing industry is preferred.

· Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company is an advantage.

3. Professional Knowledge

· Good understanding of quality management systems and quality control methodologies.

· Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 requirements.

· Familiar with quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, PDCA, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, APQP, and PPAP.

· Experience in incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality control.

· Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

· Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection equipment.

· Understanding of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA).

· Experience with customer quality requirements from global customers.

· Knowledge of statistical analysis and quality management software.

· Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 is an advantage.

· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma is preferred.
